01 · About Sunset Blvd · West Hollywood

A brand that stands up without you in it every day.

CLNR — say it "cleaner" — is a short-film studio on Sunset Boulevard, founded by Aniya Holloway and Ryan Nazarian. Aniya buys media for a living, and she has gone viral organically, which taught her what most advertisers never learn: what an audience chooses to watch is not the same as what a budget can force in front of them. This studio exists to make the first kind.

Most brands are told to post constantly and to keep the founder on camera forever. That works until the founder stops. We build the opposite — films good enough to earn their own reach, a look and a story that belong to the business rather than to one person's face, and a library that keeps working long after the shoot. The work performs organically first. Paid media comes in alongside it or after it, to carry that reach further.

Aniya and Ryan run the studio and bring in the talent each film calls for: director, DP, editor, colorist. Hiring a studio should mean someone senior is accountable for whether the work is good, and holds it to the standard agreed before the shoot. The craft on your film is chosen, not assigned.
